Beating the Heat: EPCOT’s New Light Lounge Debuts

As Central Florida braces for a brutal weekend with heat indexes climbing over 100 degrees, Disney has quietly opened a much-needed sanctuary. The Light Lounge has officially debuted at The Odyssey in EPCOT. Typically a festival hub, the pavilion is now a dedicated air-conditioned hangout space through the end of the summer.

Open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., the lounge features a refraction-inspired rainbow theme and plenty of seating. If you’re looking for a snack, the menu includes:

For entertainment, variety performers Max & Aydar have moved their show indoors to the lounge, performing their comedy and juggling routines every half hour between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. It’s a smart move for families looking to recharge without leaving the park.

Logo Mania: Six New Collections Have Arrived

Disney has officially dropped its massive Logo Mania merchandise event across both coasts. This release includes over 120 items split into six color-themed collections. While some are available at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World, Florida guests get two exclusive sets.
