Star-Spangled Celebration: Exclusive DVC ‘Meet & Treat’ Coming to Disney’s BoardWalk for America 250

Celebrate America’s 250th with Disney Vacation Club

Disney Vacation Club is gearing up for a historic milestone. To honor the 250th anniversary of the United States, members are invited to a special Meet & Treat event held at the iconic Atlantic Dance Hall at Disney’s BoardWalk. This festive red, white, and blue dance party is designed to kick off the Fourth of July weekend with exclusive perks, patriotic music, and a few of our favorite Disney characters.

Event Dates and Times

The celebration is a limited-time offering, running for two days only. If you are planning to be at Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday week, mark your calendars for these windows:

Because Disney wants to accommodate as many families as possible, each membership is limited to attending only one of the two event dates.

Eligibility and How to Attend

This event falls under the Membership Magic umbrella, meaning there are specific eligibility requirements you need to know before you head to the BoardWalk. To enter, you must be a member eligible for Membership Extras (typically referred to as a “Blue Card” member).

In addition to your membership status, you must have a qualifying resort reservation at a Disney-owned-and-operated hotel at Walt Disney World Resort or Disney’s Vero Beach Resort on the day of the event. When you arrive, you will need to present your digital DVC Membership Card and a valid photo ID.

What to Expect: Characters, Treats, and Tunes

Once inside Atlantic Dance Hall, members and their guests can enjoy a high-energy dance party atmosphere. While Disney hasn’t officially confirmed which characters will be in attendance, these patriotic events often feature the “Fab Five” in their best colonial or red-white-and-blue attire.

Along with character interactions, attendees will receive complimentary festive treats. It is a great way to escape the Florida summer heat for a bit, grab a snack, and celebrate the semiquincentennial in a more intimate setting than the crowded theme parks.
