This community, located in the Horizon West area, is slated to include approximately 1,369 housing units. While Disney is providing the land, the project is being developed and managed by The Michaels Organization. The goal is to provide mixed-income housing, with more than 1,000 units specifically reserved as affordable options. This development will be open to the public, including eligible Walt Disney World Cast Members who are looking for housing closer to where they work.
